Zeekr is Geely's premium electric vehicle brand. As the brand entered the Ukrainian market, it needed an operational backbone that could carry the launch from day one and scale with the dealer network as it grew.
Every dealership in the network had to share a single source of truth - inventory, orders, aftersales, parts - while connecting cleanly to Zeekr's central systems and local Ukrainian partners. Off-the-shelf DMS platforms were either built around legacy combustion brands or would have taken so long to customise that the launch window would have closed.
Zeekr chose to build. We were brought in as the lead software partner with full ownership of the platform - architecture, delivery, and the rollout that followed.
[4]
Before our engagement began, dealer operations were running on a patchwork of spreadsheets and interim tools - workable for a pilot phase, but not a foundation a serious brand can launch on.
The real challenge was not 'build a DMS.' It was build one DMS that could scale across the whole dealer network.
Behaves consistently for the head office, so reporting and inventory are trustworthy
Is multi-region from day one - distributed across all regions of Ukraine, not running on a single dealer-room machine
Handles the full operational surface in one place: vehicle stock, reservations, service jobs, spare parts, CRM, and document flow
Enforces role-based access across a multi-company network down to the location level
Integrates with ERP, telephony, and Messenger - without becoming a fragile middle layer
Onboards new dealerships in days, not quarters

We combined a modular frontend, FastAPI backend, ERP integrations, and controlled rollout process to build a DMS that could scale across the dealer network.
Built for long-term maintainability, not a one-off launch.

Vehicle inventory, reservations, service centre, spare parts, orders, CRM, document flow, multi-tenant access, dealer network, notifications, and ERP integration.
Multi-region
The platform was architected for distributed deployment from the first sprint, so expansion was an operational rollout, not a re-architecture.
3
ERP for inventory and accounting, telephony and CRM, and Messenger for real-time operational alerts.
40+
Across the full dealer workflow, with role-based access enforced at both API and UI layers.
Stable
The platform is live and handles daily dealer operations across the full network.
Days, not quarters
Bringing a new dealership onto the platform is a configuration flow with automatic role assignment and ERP sync.
BEYOND THE NUMBERS
Beyond the numbers, Zeekr now has a platform it can extend, not just operate. New dealerships, warehouse structures, pricing schemes, and roles are configuration changes - not engineering projects.
CLIENT QUOTE
I told them what the business needed - they took it from there. The technical side was never my problem to solve. They worked as part of our team, not as a vendor waiting for instructions, and delivered exactly what I had in mind.
